Please meet Billi from the Avers 63 Colony. Another handsome gent that we brought in today to The Anti-Cruelty Society for his TNR vetting services. After he's done recovering from his neuter surgery, he will be returned outside to live free. However, he will be taken care of by a colony caretaker. He will be provided with food and water daily and an insulated feral cat house.  #feralfreedom #tnr
